Service Provider
Australia Post is our preferred shipping solutions provider, although we may – at times – utilise the services of courier companies (e.g. Toll, TNT). We offer postage via Express Post or Signed Parcel Post, with signatures required for both services.
Orders for in-stock items that are paid for before 10:00am AEST(business days) are generally despatched the same business day or following day. Peak times such as Black Friday Sales, Christmas, may delay your order being dispatched in our usual timely fashion, additionally freight companies may experience delays during this time. You will be contacted if there is a major delay despatching your order.
Estimated delivery timeframes for Express Post – within Australia Post’s express post network – are 2-3 business days, and 5-7 business days for Parcel Post; delivery to interstate country areas may take longer, and timeframes are determined solely by Australia Post or the applicable courier.
We will, at times send from different locations across Australia depending on stock availability and in the effort to reduce delivery times where possible

All Canvas prints are made to order, as such are dispatched directly from the manufacturer. Time frames may vary, however usually dispatched within 4-7 days.

We endeavour to package orders in a manner that protects them from damage during transit, however, Kingfisher Drone Services is not responsible for damage or loss that may occur while your order is in transit.
Consignments using our “Standard Shipping + Signature” or “Express Shipping + Signature” options do not include insurance.
If you would like insurance included, which we highly recommend for large purchases, please Contact Us for a quote.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item – or your order is lost in-transit – please contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you to the greatest extent possible.
