The DJI Care Refresh for the DJI Mini SE is the perfect way to protect your investment for 12 months. It’s a comprehensive service plan that offers two replacements units in one year, allowing you to enjoy your DJI product with greater peace of mind wherever you go. With the DJI Care Refresh, you will receive a prioritised replacement service including accidental water damage. The care program minimises downtime and will get you back in the air in no time.
Your product is eligible for DJI Care Refresh provided it meets the following criteria:

Two Fast Replacements.
The DJI Care Refresh offers two replacements in one year. You can have your product replaced for a small excess fee.
The first replacement fee is $45 AUD with the second replacement fee being $59 AUD. The Flyaway coverage fee is $229 AUD.
Flyaway Coverage.
DJI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where the aircraft can go missing during flight of the drone is unable to be retrieved. This allows you to have a worry-free and less stressful experienced. Claimable once in 12 months.
*Please make sure that your flyaway coverage service is bound to your DJI account and the remote controller that is being used to control the aircraft (done through the DJI Fly app). The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or remote controller were unbounded before the flyaway occurred.

DJI will replace your product if an accident occurs. Whether it’s from water damage, collision, or any other reason.
The replacement units that are provided are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.
DJI Care Refresh Service Process.
DJI Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and call support. Your requests will be transferred to DJI Care service channels to provide you with express replacement.
When an accident occurs involving your aircraft, you can choose replacement or repair at an additional cost and the DJI Service Centre will respond to your request accordingly.
