Expediated Service

In case of accidental damage to your aircraft, Autel Robotics Care has got you covered. With the expediated service, you can get access to a replacement product quicker than the normal processing time.

Customers must also meet one of the following conditions in order to be eligible for Autel Robotics Care:
● Must own an aircraft that has never been opened
● Must own an aircraft that has been activated within 48 hours of their attempt to purchase Autel Care
● If either of the above is not applicable, customer must send in their Evo II for a functional evaluation to our repair team (Contact Us for location within Australia)
